Buch De Noel is the French name for Christmas cake shaped like a log . Ours is a roll ake made iut of viennese sponge soaked with cherry compoterolled and placed inbetween a rich decadent chocolate mousse , glazed with dark chocolate and decorated with chocolate x mas tree cut outs, placed on a sable base.
