The Coco Company was founded in 2015, by Vanita Malhotra who quit her professional career as a teacher to follow her passion and heart. She underwent training from Callebaut Chocolate Academy Mumbai and mastered the art of Belgian chocolate making. Following her sweet inclinations, she trained in French pastry making skills from Patisserie A la carte in Paris and later at Macaroon Pastry training center, Bangkok under the guidance of Chef Eric Perez.
